Druxt 0.25.0; caching and performance buffs

Druxt 0.25.0 takes a Nuxt server from 17 requests to Drupal a page to 11, and to none with content caching on, with Drupal's own Cache-Control deciding how long and a webhook to clear it. Plus Manage display changes without a rebuild.
